LEODAN.AI informs you that the procedures for contracting the services provided are those described in these Terms and Conditions of Contract, as well as any other procedures indicated on the screen during browsing. Users acknowledge and accept these procedures as necessary to access the services offered by LEODAN.AI.

Any modification and/or correction of the data provided by Users during browsing must be made according to the instructions included on this website.

2. Contracting Process

2.1 Service provided by LEODAN.AI

LEODAN.AI is a text generation website powered by artificial intelligence.
LEODAN.AI may also offer access to indexed content, such as OSCE Peru documents, through a user subscription.

2.2 FREE TRIAL

LEODAN.AI may offer a Free Trial, of varying duration, to introduce the tool and its features.

The FREE TRIAL does not generate any right to a refund or financial compensation for the User, as it is a free training program. However, participants have full rights regarding their data and may exercise the right to access, rectify, or delete personal data at any time. These rights are explained in the Privacy Policy section.

This recommended service acts as an intermediary between Users and the organizers. Through the website, Users can consult the prices of different events and purchase the service that best suits their needs online.

2.3 Purchase of the Service

To make a purchase, the User must access the website and enter the personal and payment information requested to process the purchase.

The prices established on the website include various consumption taxes, such as the French VAT (20%). The automated request system collects the data entered by the User.

The User must include the payment details for the contracted services. Once the process is complete, the User will receive an email confirming the order and including the identification number.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days. However, the law provides for different terms

There are exceptions by nature. One of them is when it comes to digital content without a physical medium.

However, at LEODAN.AI we want to offer you a commercial withdrawal period.

Thus, we offer a right of withdrawal in which, if during the next 5 calendar days following the purchase, the user has not generated at least 5,000 words of their plan, they will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

8. Claims Management

8.1 LEODAN.AI's Maximum Liability

The maximum liability will be governed by the provisions of applicable national and international legislation and, specifically, the General Law on Consumer and User Protection.

8.2 Claim Method and Deadlines

In the event of a claim, the User must do so by email to support@leodan.ai. They must also provide proof of purchase.

Within one month, LEODAN.AI will assist/advise you in completing all necessary procedures to resolve the incident. The User may grant access to the claim to third parties provided they provide authorization.

The facts underlying the claim must be available for verification, without alterations. If it refers to an event that occurred at an offline or online event, photos, videos, audio, or other evidence may be provided.

If an agreement cannot be reached, the User may seek other avenues, such as contacting Consumer Protection Offices.

9. Order Cancellation

LEODAN.AI will not issue any refunds for service cancellations unless the right of withdrawal is exercised within 5 calendar days of purchase.

10. Unsubscribing from the Service

Any user can unsubscribe at any time from their profile. However, regardless of whether the words have been used, canceling the subscription will automatically result in loss of access to the software.

11. LEODAN AI Telegram Group

The Telegram group is used to announce news about the tool, updates, and events.

Complaints and claims posted in this community will not be deemed to have been submitted, as they are not accepted in the LEODAN AI Telegram group.
Membership in the group is not mandatory to be a user.

12. Supplementary Legal Regime

For all matters not provided for in these General Conditions, the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and all other applicable national and international legislation will apply.

13. Fair Use Policy

All LeoDan AI users are subject to a fair use policy, which provides:

– Users may not generate content with the help of scripts or automation tools.
– Users may not have multiple people logging into their account; this account must be for SINGLE use PER PERSON.

Warnings:

- If our team or system identifies you for any violation of the fair use policy on the Unlimited plan, you will first be blocked from using LeoDan and receive the first warning.

- If a team member abuses the fair use policy, they will be removed from the account and required to create their own credit-based plan.

- Additionally, if you continue to abuse our policies after two warnings, you will be banned from using LeoDan entirely.

- If the platform member continues to violate our policies after being notified, they will be given a second warning and given access to a credit-based plan.

In addition, if they continue to abuse our policies after two warnings, they will be banned from using LeoDan entirely. You will not receive a refund of any fees if you are banned.

Scope of Application
